• All designs on this page are protected by copyright and cannot be copied without written permission. Failure to abide to this can and will result in legal action. Purchase of designs does not transfer reproduction rights.

• Proofs are sent to the customer before items are posted. The proof must be checked thoroughly. Refunds cannot be given for client errors, such as spelling or grammar mistakes once the proof has been approved by the customer.

• Only faulty items will be accepted for returns.

• Refunds will not include P&P charges unless the goods received were faulty.

• Returns postage are payable by the customer, unless the products were faulty.

• products will be posted to the customer's PayPal address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct. Refunds will not be given for items sent to incorrect addresses.

• Non Delivery of Items - in the event Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) within 14 days a replacement OR refund will be provided.
